The company was established in 1980 and has gradually progressed into a quality supplier of integrated systems, with it’s Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. During this time, we have gained vast experience in the design, installation and commissioning of various control, monitoring, batch and supervisory systems.

Our engineering design team consists of software and commissioning personnel, with expertise in a broad range of systems, from basic PLC and PC based SCADA, through to more complex, product tracebility and high level Management Information Systems. In particular, we are approved Systems Integrators for many leading hardware and software suppliers.

Furthermore, we understand, and are able to operate within the bounds of various contract management systems, should this method of work be required, allowing Merlin to handle the Project Management and Commercial controls required by many industries.

In addition to the above, we believe in working closely with our clients, in order to build a relationship and design partnership, as the project progresses. Upon completion, we provide the facility for warranty cover and out of warranty support contracts, over 24 hours, 7 days, for all systems via modem, ensuring that ongoing support is available, and providing the reassurance of sustained operation to our clients.
