We will, at all times, take any steps necessary to ensure that our statutory duties and requirements are met.
It is the duty of the Company Management to ensure that all processes, activities and systems of work are designed to take account of health and safety, and are properly supervised at all times. Similarly, each Employee will be given the necessary information, instruction and training to enable the safe performance of work activities.
Adequate arrangements will be maintained, in order to enable Employees and their representatives, to raise issues of health and safety. Competent persons will be appointed to assist the Company in meeting our statutory duties, including, where appropriate, specialists from external, professional organisations.
The successful implementation of this policy requires total commitment, and absolute co-operation from all Employees.
Although final responsibility for implementation of the Policy rests with the Management, each Employee has a legal obligation to take reasonable care for his or her own safety, and for the safety of others who may be affected by his or her acts or omissions. Compliance with the Company’s Safety Policy is therefore a condition of employment for all personnel.
This policy will be regularly monitored in order to ensure that it’s objectives are achieved, and will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, in the light of legislative or organisational change.
