In order to ensure that Merlin Systems are able to provide the necessary Engineering ability and resource to design systems of quality for our clients, emphasis is very strongly placed upon training and developing the skills of our personnel, required to combine the design of complex software with an understanding of the process under control and information suitable for it’s management. An essential aspect to ensure the success of this approach is the close team working environment, combining the knowledge and experience gained in many varied industries, with the academic, technical ability obtained by training and graduation.
In order to maintain this level of quality, our new engineers must achieve a minimum qualification standard.
Software/Systems Engineers - Graduate with a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
Commissioning Engineers - Successful completion of HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with apprenticeship training programme.
Apprentice/Trainee - Minimum of six GCSE’s, grade 3 or higher.
By combining this approach and the necessary on-going training, with the strength and support of the Management structure detailed below, we can ensure that quality and professionalism is maintained with all projects.
